At Ibeaucare, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality hair regrowth caps, LED therapy devices, and microneedle skin pens. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are not available for damaged, altered, or personalized products.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our Customer Support team at support@ibeaucare.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Ship the item back to us with the RMA number clearly labeled.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please initiate a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@ibeaucare.com.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
